Plato has been serving the best of Greek cuisine in Bothwell Main Street for the past three and a half years with a great success, being nominated on Trip Advisor as the first restaurant in the area according to the public.
Plato during the pandemic and this unprecedented times helped tue Bothwell & Uddingston community group for several months by offering roughly 600 free meals a week to accommodate the needs of the local community.
So as the times, we had to adapt to the new needs of catering and being restricted to operate as a restaurant for a substantial length of time, as per government’s guidelines , we decided to change our operation to a take away franchise.
